1. Acceptance. By using aux-tech.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information only. The Site describes the services of AuxTech Solutions LLC. Prices shown are ranges and estimates. A binding price exists only in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site guarantees results such as search ranking, traffic or sales.

3. Not advice. Content on the Site, including any tips or audits, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accessibility-compliance or security advice.

4. Intellectual property. The Site’s text, design, code and logos belong to AuxTech or its licensors. You may view and link to the Site and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy the Site, remove notices, or use our name or marks without written permission.

6. What you send us. Information you email us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not email passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive personal data.

7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for other websites.

8. Disclaimer. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Accessibility Statement

AuxTech Solutions LLC wants aux-tech.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do: use headings and landmarks, keep navigation and links usable by keyboard with visible focus, keep text contrast high in light and dark modes, label form controls and buttons where they appear, and use a layout that adapts to small screens and zoom.

Known limitations: we have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and some content may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you find a barrier, tell us and we will work to fix it.

Feedback: if you have trouble with any part of the Site, email [email protected] or call (480) 256-2292 with the page address and a description. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to provide the information in another format if needed.

This statement describes our goals and efforts. It is not a guarantee of conformance. Last self-reviewed: October 8, 2026 (automated checks and manual keyboard review).
